South Neebing Community Centre is often booked for birthday parties, showers, meetings and other get-togethers.

Rental Fee Schedule (Jan 2026)
5 Hour Rental - $135 / Full Day - $170
*** Effective October 23, 2025, rentals on Saturday or Sunday will be charged at the full day rate ($170)

Main Hall is 38 feet by 52 feet

Ceiling is 10 feet

Hall occupancy is 100 persons (non-fixed seating and tables)

Rental includes 15 rectangular tables (8 feet in length) and 85 chairs, 2 children tables and chairs and 2 round tables.

An 80 inch projection screen is available.

Fully stocked kitchen includes plates, cups, 1 coffee urn, 2 coffee carafe servers, 2 coffee machines, kettles and tea pots. A small freezer and large cooler for storing food and beverages.

A small slide, mats and scooters for young children.
Liability insurance is required by all renters and can be purchase from any of the following insurance brokers:
